We understand that life gets in the way & that’s why our lovely staff are working tirelessly to balance all client bookings so that every minute is dedicated to your appointed time. But we also need your help which is why we have 2 very simple cancellation policies for all clients to comply by:
1. Cancellations and changes can be made prior to 24 hours before the appointment.
2. Within 24 hours and/or no shows, a 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.
At the end of the day, we’re all human & we’re actually just a small business that focuses on you!
